Hi,
Like you were advised in the other questions you have posted, it's a good idea that you buy or download an ASP.NET e/book and understand just the basics.

These are not questions to ask here we expect that you were already tought this at school/college/university.

But the answer is, NO you cannot debug the .html/.aspx or the web.config! No, ASP.NET does not create designer code for your .aspx "pages". Here goes a few helpful links:
