Many old solved/unsolved posts are coming on all the categories on quick answers we sometimes forget to check the date and comment or give solution to them without knowing they are years old.Please make a new Tab for older posts so we don't get confused with new and old ones.Maybe you guys can keep all previous years post on another Tab if its feasible hope it helps.

The jQuery warning is gone, but the "f.tabs is not a function" error is still there, and the tabs still don't display.

Have you tried a Crtl+F5?
If that doesn't work I'll force a refresh this end.

Yes, I've tried Ctrl+F5.
I've also tried IE11, Edge, Chrome, Opera, and Firefox Developer.
Same error in all browsers.
