Your account looks like it has been set up correctly to receive notifications. I find this usually helps in these cases. Go to your article forum, hover over "Email Alerts," check the boxes "New Posts" and "Replies to Posts," and then "Send them Instantly" and finally, "Update."

Thank you Sean, I did what you suggests. At least I will get a chance to be notified by e-mail now.
I was expecting in-site notifications (to the left of my account name); but I'm fine with e-mails.

Hi there,
there might be a bug in the newsletter system when the user changes his e-mail address.
I changed my address a few days ago and now I receive the newsletter (Insider-Newsletter) twice. Once for the new address, once for the old address.
Clicking "unsubscribe" in the old e-mail account just leads to unsubscribing the newletter for the current address.

If I write @chris-maunder here then it gets correctly converted to ping the recipient. However if I write the same in a QA message it is just left as ordinary text.

This hasn't been implemented. We don't want personal messages or mentions in the actual questions and answers. For comments we're still of two minds.

I have not received any email notifications to replies on my posts in the Lounge for the last few days.
I have checked my spam folder on my email account, nothing from codeproject there.
Just thought you should know. Not sure if this is a bug, but marked as such for now.

Neither do I... for me it stopped today around 7 hours ago (May 5th, 18:30 GMT+2)
And the red notifications in the upper right corner are not working as well.

I did not get an email notification to Nelek's reply (in this thread), but I did get an in-site notification for his reply (upper right hand corner, usual spot, red).

I love the Insider Newsletter! It's my favorite morning email and is the source of so much useful information--thank you! That said, I'm not a fan of the new format. The old format made it easy to separate the entries from each other, but that is much harder in the new format. I know that sometimes things need to change, but to me, this is a case of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". Either way, thanks for a wonderful daily digest of tech news!

Can you please paste a screenshot of what you're seeing? Also: in what email client are you viewing the email?

Hi Chris! Below is a screen shot of the old new email formats. Through 4/28, everything looked fine, but from 4/29 onward, the new format is what I see. I'm using Outlook for Office 365, version 16.0.11929.20436. Let me know if you need me to forward my emails to you. Thanks!

Can you please open the email in a new window (double click it) and on the Message tab go to Actions -> Other Actions -> View Source and email that to me at chris@codeproject.com?

We had a bug that was resulting in some bad HTML that might have affected the layout. Not entirely sure as Outlook and other Mail Readers do strange things to HTML and CSS.
Are today's Newsletters formatted as they were before 4/29?

For the past several issues, the View Online link has failed to work.
In Outlook 2016 it "appears" to be a link, but nothing happens. Trying to right-click and copy the link captures only the text "view Online."
Viewing the newsletter in my Gmail inbox on Chrome, the text doesn't even appear as a hyperlink
