This[^] from him/her/it[^] smells of spam to me. Yes, the download is free, but it's only a trial version. Then you have to pay (or your data is held to ransom?) Or am I oversensitive at the end of the week?

It's pink, it is definitely pink. It'd be better if the spamster could actually format a message and put in a proper link though.

I can't reproduce this but from time to time when I open a message it jumps up and out of the visible screen.
Seems to be happening the most when the browser isn't full screen.

Is there a way for an author to convert an article to a tip? or vice versa?
If there isn't, this could be useful ... at least before publishing ...

Great!
BTW: What happened to sorting by reputation under who is who? I'm afraid I must admit to a little vanity

You don't see "Reputation" in the "Order By" drop down?

If you change the forum options to only show certain posts [e.g. Last Visit, Last Day, etc.] instead of all, and you hover over a message that doesn't have a parent, the line goes all the way to the top with an arrow, regardless of any other messages that it may strike through.

Yep, as far as I can tell, it's good to go.

To support the many different holidays while not cluttering up banner for people that don't care about some hlidays, here's my suggestion:
By default, show only holiday images associated with the user's selected country (in their profile).
In the user's profile, allow them to select which holiday(s) they see modified images for.
Also give them the ability to select holidays for other countries.
You could also extend this idea to show a Birthday Bob, but ony to the user(s) who's birthday is on a given day.
You could also extend this to show special Bobs for various user status, like MVP, and things like that.

Given the number of posters who put the UK or USA as their location when they plainly aren't, that should get pleasantly confusing for them.
