It went, but was a little later than normal due to congestion.

Well it never reached my inbox, is there a way to find a copy on the site?
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

My RP went up by about 700 points overnight. Is that a bug or do I really deserve it?

No, hand it over to me!
There are sometimes adjustment to the algorithm that work retroactively. Apaprently, Chris makes sure noone loses reps in the way. At leat, noone important...

Some points were adjusted due to a couple of down-voters running rampant. I removed the votes, and last night synched up the points.

Thanks Chris. You should probably rethink the downvoting strategy, say for example, a person should not be able to downvote unless he/she has 5000 reputation points. That way, newbies will not be able to run rampant with downvotes.

You would be surprised by the number of points the last couple of downvoters had.

More than enough for a scheme such as "block votes unless they have X points" would not work.

Google Chrome on WEB04
I noticed that the following icons for Answered, Closed, and Under Consideration are not visible at the bottom of the page. However, I can see Answered and Closed on the individual thread items above.
Marked this a bug even though it doesn't affect functionality.

Should be OK now. Some don't have icons - for instance, "Completed" is just a strike-through.

Dear CP Team,
I’d submitted an article for HTML5, CSS3 and JS contest. I don’t know if it was a valid entry or not. It does not appear in my profile. May I know what happened?

Hi Al Moje,
Have you submitted using the online submission wizard or the submit email address? I fear in either case something has been lost in the ether. Would you mind sending the post and code in a .rar, or renamed .zip (ie .notzip) file to submit[at]codeproject.com and I will get it sorted.
Thanks,

Hi,
I zip it using rar and submitted it using Article's wizard. Anyway I'll re-submit it as an artcle.
Thank you for your info

Hi,
I don't see Stats tab for my articles anymore. Has it been removed?

I noticed a few issues with search, but let me start by introducing you to Strong Bad:
(>_<)
That is Strong Bad (or Cartman, depending on who you ask). If you go to this message, you can see that Strong Bad is in the subject line of the message. I came across this old message via a search in the Lounge:
http://www.codeproject.com/Search.aspx?qf=Strong+Bad&q=Strong+Bad&categoryid=f1_1159_&justmine=true
Here are the three issues I see:
- I only see part of Strong Bad in the search results (i.e.,
(>_ ). I checked the HTML source and it appears that both the subject line is cut off early and the greater than is not HTML encoded (perhaps you only HTML encode less thans?). - I see the search query twice in the search URL above. That may be intentional, but thought I'd mention it just in case it's not.
- I see "justmine=true", but I don't see any way that I am identified in that query string. So, if you click that URL, you may get different search results than the ones I see. I see the number 1159 in the query string, which could be some sort of search result identifier, but I'm guessing it is a forum identifier (in this case, I was searching the Lounge).
For the third point above, perhaps you could provide some sort of permalink for search results?

Dear CP Team,
I came across a CodeProject group in Facebook at this URL:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/6250766196[^]
The member count is around 205. I have the following doubts on this group:
1) The logo still feebly shows 'Your Visual Studio .NET ...'
2) Instead of saying 'The CodeProject' it says 'CodeProject'.
Hence thought would clarify the same with you.
