Searching for joke dates?
I have never like the search functionality with this site. It has never provided "accurate" results.

Dang, busted! OK, so my memory isn't what it used to be. I can't remember further back than yesterday unless it's something important - like bacon...

Our search servers were having...issues.
Kick's up the bum administered all 'round. I've asked Matthew to keep an eye on them, so please let us know if you see more issues.

OK, good. I had seen the issue before, but it started working shortly after, so I didn't think of it any more.
Good to hear the servers are online.

I noticed, but you didn't have any screen dump or other information about what happened.
And you know very well what we say to users that can't produce any proof of their "aledged" bug, right?

I have a screen shot, but didn't upload it anywhere.

Cool, that's a big help, I'm sure...

No, I mean feature. This was raised some time ago, and Chris said it was by design.

hmmm...I find it as strange. Why a disticntion between the answers/messages and article/tips rating system.
I hope Chris has a better reason which I could not see.
Thanks btw.

The CP search seems to be not working correctly. Sometimes it gives me a page of results, but going to another page it shows a blank screen. That also happens with some searches.
I have a screenshot, and I will email it to you if you need.

Sean,
I managed to change it subsequently, but the order of action was:
0. Change e-mail and save settings.
1. Switched to 'public profile' and updated job title, click.
2. Bang.

Can someone share on how is this[^] article published? Not sure, but it looks like too many users have approval power now and articles are sneaking through. (Not just this, I saw there were quite from the same user specially which I remember marking as 'poor quality' but looks like all of them are published.)
May be bar for rep-power users has to be increased a little. (Gold and above?)
Can anyone please look where from articles like these are getting approved?

The article is marked as Closed. I think you can see it because you are powerful. What other articles have you seen that don't belong?
[Edit] Oh it's visible even to non-logged users. That can't be right. We'll look into that.
Thanks,
