Is this possible? Same email for multiple account. The reason I created this account is that I couldn't able to login to the old/deactivated account with the same email address to the current account. My suspicion is that someone or somewhere went wrong and deleted or removed my previous account. Same happens to my coworker too.

It shouldn't be possible, no. In fact when it happens, the system kind of loses its mind. Don't worry, I can fix it.

For example, this: Find the default gateway[^] which has two users listed:
Closed because this post is not a question, or has not been phrased in a way that allows a reasonable answer to be provided. Reported by F-ES Sitecore, ppolymorphe on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 1:55pm
The reason I ask is that it's actually spam, and needs five reports to close and feed to the spam detector. But since two members didn't spot that it can't be learned from. Surely, the number of reports to close something should be the same regardless of the reason?

AFAIK QA-questions take any kind of 3 reports to be closed and if there's less than 3 reporting members mentioned that's because the other(s) reported for a different reason than the stated one.

This solution: Watermark in Pdf using css or roativa (PDF generater)[^] came to moderation, but was empty - because all it consists of is HTML:
<pre lang="Delphi"><pre lang="HTML"></pre></pre>
Not quite sure what we can do about that...but we need to see something!

Give it a dark look then approve it.
Eventually the Spaminator will learn.

Between draft and preview of article everything ok, code items incomplete in the published version.

You probably refer to this block:
<system.serviceModel>
<behaviors>
<endpointBehaviors>
<behavior name="webBehavior">
<webHttp helpEnabled="true" />
</behavior>
That block is formatted with lang="CS" . You should change that to lang="XML" . Then it will look like:
<system.serviceModel>
<behaviors>
<endpointBehaviors>
<behavior name="webBehavior">
<webHttp helpEnabled="true" />
</behavior>
However, the source view of your article shows that the real content got lost. So you have to insert it again using the correct language type.
The block from your article comment with XML would look like (you used C# there):
<services>
<service behaviorConfiguration="Default" name="TESTWCFService.TestWCF">
<endpoint address="" behaviorConfiguration="webBehavior" contract="TESTWCFService.ITestWCF" binding="customBinding" bindingConfiguration="CustomMapper" />
</service>
</services>

1. I've used the codeproject plugin "flair" on my about page on my web site by copying the code it generates an pasting it on my simple page. However, when you click the CodeProject title bar on that plugin, the browser fails to navigate (using Chrome).
You can see it at: Http://raddev.us/home/about[^]
(if you click my username it does work however)
2. I recently noticed that I'm still categorized as a "writer" even though I've written 12 articles and 1 tip. Am I supposed to be some other category now? Just curious about this one.
You can see that at my profile page: raddevus - Professional Profile - CodeProject[^]
Thanks for your help.

Thanks. Now I understand how the points work. I thought it was based on article count. I should've seen that before. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction.

Currently, notifications are coming only for comments added on Articles, Questions, Answers etc. It would be great if we can have a more dynamic notification panel. It doesn't require to be a huge one, a small panel which fits to the top bar of the website on desktop view can do the job.
What information one can see on this notification panel?
Note: I have not much about what kind of notifications are coming or required for articles. Request to share you thoughts to modify accordingly. I am sharing only scenarios for "Quick Answers" section.
1. No of Answers accepted/reported (can also show articles approved or reported)
2. No of Comments
3. No of Bookmarks, Upvotes and downvotes
May be we can refer the design that FACEBOOK has for Friend Request, Messages, Notifications on the right-top.
Please share your thoughts on this.
Thanks

Interesting idea. So a set of icons that would split the notifications into their types:
Votes
Bookmarks
Responses
...sort of thing?

Not sure how useful this will be, but it will add some visual appeal for sure
