I can report questions and answers as inappropriate, but not comments.
Maybe this should be possible to avoid non-contributing, pure advertisement[^]?

Adding to it,(3 comments you shown) and answer is also an advertisement by www.beaugauge.com

By putting the address in your post, you are advertising them and will be long after the original posts are deleted.

I can't reply to comments when I'm using Safari from my iPhone. I can't hover a mouse pointer over the comment, so a reply button never shows, so I can't click it.

Good catch. The fix will go live next update.

When your level/points go up and you re-vote on something, does that get recalculated for more points or does it keep what your original vote was? I assume that it's the former.

When you revote your old vote is removed and then a new vote is cast using your current status.

I must hide my 3 jokes which I have posted in lounge(2 on last year & 1 on last month)...so much down-votes(50 or 60?). Glad, that already gave up for post jokes.

I'm actually a developer not a recruiter but the company I work for has an open position and I'm trying to see if I can help find a candidate - where would be a good place to post a job in the forums?
|
|
|
|
|
I would say post it in Lounge with [JOB] tag in subject line. Since it is tough times and many people here are looking for work, I think we need to help the people here as much as we can.
[This is my opinion, site admins may say different.]

I submitted a tip trick this morning, and have had an email with an Alternate, which asks a question. There doesn't appear to be any mechanism for me to reply - or do anything other than press the "publish" button (which I have never seen before).
What am I supposed to do with it?

Add Comment
Add an Alternate
Tip/Trick Moderation: Should this tip/trick be published?
Is the goal of the tip/trick clear?
Could the tip/trick help someone in their day-to-day work?
Is the code and methodology explained?
Is the formatting (text, code, images) OK?
If yes then click to publish. If one item needs improving, leave an encouraging comment to the author.
Make Tip/Trick Publicly Available
Purpose: to stop the publication of obviously inappropriate material, plagiarised content or tip/tricks that are clearly not an actual tip/trick. If the author has genuinely tried to provide a decent tip/trick, even if they may need some encouraging to improve it, then let it through. Read more...
Alternate 1
Why not use the Attachment-class directly instead of wrapping it in your MailAttachment-class? I do not see any additional logic being added.

I'll be uploading a fix this afternoon that will allow comments.
As to the alternate posted as a question, you could add a line to your tip acknowledging an alternate method and then delete the alternate.
However, I need to also enhance comments to allow more HTML.

I can't: I haven't got any accept button, or delete button... just a Tip/Trick Moderation Publish button!
Maybe the upgrade will fix it

Ah yes - that small issue of rep
We're close to finishing the updates to our reporting system that will make this a little easier and nicer.

Just dropped by this question[^] (somone posted a comment to my answer). I found that though none of the answer is marked accepted, yet the Page title shows [Solved] appended to the question title.
