This has been bugging me for a while, but I'm not sure if it's a bug (although I'd say it is).
I've written a series of blog posts on web development on Wordpress which are pulled to CP. I have my blogs properly tagged on WordPress, with tags such as HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript. And of course all those posts contain one of those words in the title and a few in the text as well.
But on CP they get tags like Windows and MFC... That makes no sense at all
I always have to correct my tags on CP manually. Can't these tags be pulled from the source as well?

Send me a link to an example of a mis-tagged blog and I'll take a look

Web development #7: Dynamic page updates with AJAX[^]
That one was tagged with MFC and Windows (I already fixed it though). And as far as I know every blog in that series was tagged with MFC and Windows.
If you need to see it for yourself I'll refrain from re-tagging my next blog until you've taken a look at it.

My newest blog, Web development #8: Where to go from here[^], got tagged with Cloud and Amazon and was placed within the section Cloud Computing >> Amazon Web Services >> General... It's about various web frameworks and I never mention Cloud or Amazon

Are we allowing everyone to embed images in their QA posts now, or is this a bug?
Example - "solution" #4[^]:
this pic show the diffrent...<br>
where is the problem ??<br>

A little late, but this has been implemented as a trial on certain forums.

I use a 10.5" Samsung Tab S. I use Chrome to browse Internet. CodeProject is loaded in mobile view by default. But it's the most ugly site I have ever seen! Font size is very big.

How does it compete with this one ?[^]
Now seriously, is the font size the only issue, or are other things bothering you ? Could you maybe post a screenshot of the rendering ?

I tried to merge the wearable into the Wearable-Devices tag on the tag page, but I got the error message "unknown failure".
The quick red ProgramFOX jumps right over the Lazy<Dog> .

Wearable-devices should be merged with wearables, not the other way around.
The issue, though, is load due to, kind-of-ironically-but-not-really, denormalisation. I'll get a bigger hammer.

Validity check: When a member is added as an co-author, an acceptance from the co-author would be required before the article is let to enter into moderation.
This would prevent cases like this[^] or other abuses of co-authors.

It's already in place. I'll have to check into what happens for pending.

I have a strong dislike for article-descriptions that are a plain copy of the article's title, especially if they either don't convey the point of the article or assume that you know what the author is talking about beforehand. Recent example:
Title: Overview of Intel XDK
Description: Overview of Intel XDK
I don't know what the Intel XDK is so I don't know if that article will be of interest to me before I read it.
Then the first sentence of the Introduction: "Intel XDK is a cross platform mobile application development environment which lets you create mobile and tablet apps using HTML5 and JavaScript. "
So why didn't he write in the description something like "Overview of Intel XDK for cross platform mobile application development" ?
Suggestion: Let expressive descriptions be mandatory for article approval. Let either the author supply it or if he fails to do so and the CP member who is about to approve the article is so inclined, let him edit the description.

Hi
Would it be possible to have a new category called Continuous Delivery to sit under Development Lifecycle please? With the DevOps movement gathering momentum CD is getting increasing attention.

The AAC (*) is still in doubt about my latest article, even after almost 24 hours. Maybe they approve, maybe don't.
My suggestion: increase the clock timing...
