Hi,
I and a few members not all have got the problem with the emoticons appearing off the screen. Richard Deeming said to mail this to Chris.

Thats what I have.

Tried to update the email in profile, didn't take, tried again and only get the message:
"Email already in use for Authentication, but email was not correctly authenticated. Please supply a password."
What to do?

1. Since the profile's summary iframe is embedded in other sites, The link to the profile should be opened in new window (target="_blank")
2. Add support for more profile properties that can be displayed - i.e "Tips" and "Average tips rating".

I have my blog linked with my codeproject account, my 4 posts are synced and got published on codeproject, they all are written in 2015 but i have a old post on my blog which i have updated recently and when i am adding the tag which i added to previous posts for getting consumed on codeproject, the post is not getting consumed.
It looks like it only cosuming current year posts ? why it is not consuming post earlier than 2015?

Already talked about it in the Lounge: since a few days I do not have the edition bar anymore. Quite annoying actually.
And I'm not a big fan of the "Click here to view the range of emoticons available", either; it was way better when there was no need to click to view the icons.

I'm actually discussing it with Chris in the Lounge thread (he still tries to find a solution). For me it came up with the update to Firefox 42 (at home and at work).
Johnny J. who has started the Lounge thread posted a message that it is working now for him. But he uses Windows 8.1 while I use Windows 7.

It may effectively be due to the update of FF to 42.
Strangely, this morning the toolbar is back on IE.

Works on my machine in Firefox 42.0, Although I do have a 17.3" screen.
@Chris-Maunder, could the issue be related to some kind of problem detecting screen size in FF42?
What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question?
The metaphorical solid rear-end expulsions have impacted the metaphorical motorized bladed rotating air movement mechanism.
Do questions with multiple question marks annoy you???

No, it's purely browser detection. The issue is due to a bad cache. I'm loathe to nuke the entire cache because it will slow things down for a few hours. I was hoping that precision strikes would fix the main cases but it's being a little recalcitrant.

Yes, FF42 on Win 7 Entreprise N. I'm quicly building a VM to test this association in a fresh OS, though, because I'm not confident about the system on which the issue occurs. I'll tell you the result soon.

Well I have no problem with the same combination on a fresh OS. Maybe a profile problem; tomorrow I'll try to delete my user profile and create a brand new one.

Now, if there was an index that I could see and pick words out of to arrive at the content I wished to know something about, I could cut to the chase and wouldn't have to wade through tons of descriptive nonsense which wasn't relevant to my use of the help file.
Or, if you prefer, a box to tick that said "search in previous find set" ... which would allow me to whittle down the suspected meanings of other's doings.
One word, my word, wouldn't be BAD.

The link is missing the "/" between the "com" and the "script". That's going to generate an error at the browser level (domain not found). A bad link like this isn't something we can handle at our end since the link never gets to CodeProject. The only way we can handle it is by trying harder to never publish bad links in the first place.

Ok,
So I hope I'm not being too much of a nerd by appending my bug report with this info/rider .. this paste of mine above was a contextual "copy link" plop into the cp message box from this morning's news emailing ...
Wouldn't that make the ommision of the "/", uhm, a mistake on codeproject's end?
(if, it's deep sarcasm with which you have graciously replied to my somewhat dishonest initial post, that's fine too. My skin IS thick. But I can still breath through it.)

It most absolutely would. That was my fault and I should have caught it earlier.
