How to include DLL\filename.txt file inside the msi file

I want to include dll or filename.txt file inside the msi file(i mean inside the msi file, it should not be visible explicitly until i extract the msi using tools like 7zip). i just want a single msi file

It depends on the tool used to create the MSI file. When using WiX, just edit the WXS XML file to add additional files as described in the WiX documentation and tutorial.
