How to add Devanagari Code Pages or ISCII Encoding in Notepadqq or Notepad++?
I want to have/add Hindi Character sets Encoding menu of Notepad++ 32 bit v7.5 or higher and/or Notepadqq. So tha I could directly see what is being typed for HTML page in Hindi.

What I have tried:

I tried font-family and ansi-language:HI for making Hindi text in HTML.
