How to connect RFID to mysql database with RPI

all steps to create and display database on terminal by executing in terminal and continuously accepting card or id's of people

What I have tried:

I have done basic connection to db of mysql username&password= root and db name= rpicard.
So how to do it from here on.
And also I have done creating tables with schema of tagid,tagname,etc,entry time.. in the table 'cards' & another table called for reading data 'reading'

The question is not clear. What do you mean by "all steps to create and display database ..."?

Depends on the RFID reader, most readers output serial data in a Wiegand format.
