Hello,

Displayed "Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: supportedFrameworks" While creating MVC Project in VS2013 and also unable to run Created Project as well.

What I have tried:

1. Open VS2013
2. file -> new -> project - > ASP.Net MVC 4 Web Application -> Basic -> Ok
3. Displayed "Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: supportedFrameworks" Message

code is not need, while creating empty application it self getting error

Sounds like a problem with a NuGet package. Are you running the latest update of VS2013 and NuGet?
