Does the dataset contain any data?
Have you installed the runtime components onto the server?

yes dataset have data the crystal report is showing on my local server but not on iis

Is your computer running IIS 6? Maybe it's a matter of versioning? You need Crystal reports that can run on that IIS

As suggested above, you need to install the Crystal Reports runtime components on your Web Server.
Crystal reports for Visual Studio downloads[^]

Additionally, ensure you do not have the Crystal references set to Copy Local in your Project. If you do you will experience issues when you deploy because it should rely on the installed runtime on the server.
