i have been asked to create a presentation on the projects on which i have worked. How should i proceed with it.What all things need to be included. the flow etc??

Certainly try to present it better than you did your question, use headings to provide headings, not your full presentation, etc. I would imagine you want to focus on the most impressive ones first, and group them that way, highlighting the cool features, the technologies used, etc.
