Attaching Telerik Report to the Forms

Can any one help with creating a new Telerik report. I have tried all the given solutions available in the net but solutions are available only for the old versions of Telerik Report.

I am able to create a new report and can attach the database to that but I couldn't understand how to attach the Report to either a WebForm or Windows form. Especially I am confused with what is LocalReport and ServerReport and the path that has to be mentioned in their respective fields.

If the report name is given it is throwing an " An error occurred during local report processing.
The report definition for report 'xxx' has not been specified.

Note: I am using telerik reporting q2 2013 version.

I am having the same problem with Telerik reporting 2017 R2. Nothing has changed with their documentation. If you ever found the answer, I would love to hear from you.
