How to display multiple images and select one

Hi
i am making to such website where people select a single image then goto next page again select one image and goto next page and so on and finally all selected data send to mail. e.g. <a href="http://www.urbantailor.in/pickup?sid=cs&amp;pid=UTP6">Urban Tailor - Schedule Pickup</a>[<a href="http://www.urbantailor.in/pickup?sid=cs&amp;pid=UTP6" target="_blank" title="New Window">^</a>]

Well, you can user multi-step form widget. Make use of Google ;)
