Application don't send in windows XP

Developed an application via Visual Studio 2015 in .NET 4 framework

I had to install it in Windows XP.
It has installed
But when I try to start it appears to me Don't Send Error.

with the following error content:

Could you please advise?

What I have tried:

I reinstalled .NET4

rebuild the exe for x84

This is not a good question - we cannot work out from that little what you are trying to do.
Remember that we can't see your screen, access your HDD, or read your mind.
So we have no idea what your code is doing, how it is doing it, or where the "Don't Send Error" - whatever that is - is coming from.
Use the "Improve question" widget to edit your question and provide better information.

You might need .Net 4.0.3, https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/dotnet/p/dotnet4xp/

But not sure what else we can tell you. You'll have to troubleshoot this on your own.

I suppose you mean x86 and not x64, as Windows XP is normally 32 bit.

I tried that but still that error.
Its probably from some Icon that is not rendering
