We have several ORM tools available in .Net, like NHibernate, MicroSoft EntityFramework etc. Keeping many factors in mind, like performance, initial load time, level of abstraction, ease of use, please suggest one best ORM tool.

Each own has its own advantage and disadvantage. And it is purely depends on your requirement too. Get your hand wet that would be the best way to choose one. Their manuals would help you to go through.

I totally agree with Albin. There is no Best or Worst ORM. It depends on your requirements like: Is Multi Database support needed? And one more fact is that we get lot of support & information regarding anything related to Entity Framework (online & offline) as compared to NHibernate.
