Crystal report export to PDF & Print options is not working..

Crystal report export to PDF & Print options is not working properly.

I have a report page MortgageReports.aspx with crystal report.Whenever I am trying to print/export to PDF, again the same report page is loading in a new popup window.

I am using IE8 and IE10 browsers, issue is in all the versions. I could able to export the report in to word and excel this issue is only with exportign to PDF and Print options.

I am struggling with this issue for more then 3 days. Anyone have any idea what might be causing this?
