cascading style sheets related issue in asp.net application.

Hello sir i am developing an application..in which i have to keep the form which is having name,age,gender..etc in a box to make it effective with respect to look n feel.In this way i have used css box but my css box is not fitting to it when i increase the size of grid view which is also there on the same form..when i increase the height of the grid view ...css box scrolls down from the controls representing name,age,gender etc.
Please help me out of this issue ...i tried a lot but no result even in google.

You cannot find a result in Google, because this is not about finding anything at all. You just need to do some work correctly and accurately. It's impossible (or just inefficient) to teach it in a forum answer. If you could show your code, perhaps it would be possible to pin-point some problem. The method of style development is, basically, moving from general look to fine detail, testing it all with different window sized (and even different browsers) on each step.
