Send email from Gmail with SMTP authentication but got "5.5.1 Authentication Required" error

Hello,

i want to send email, but its getting error when i hosted a website on server,
when i run through localhost so its sent email.

Error:-

C#

The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.5.1 Authentication Required

How can we resolve this issue.

This question is asked daily, please do basic research such as using google, the various solutions to this issue are well documented. Ultimately though, you shouldn't be sending mail through gmail.

my did not resolve.
i have all ready "turn on" of Access secure app of gmail account.
