I have asp.net web application which runs in browser and i want run this as a product.An icon in my desktop when i click it to run the application.

There is no direct way to convert a web page to an application.
Maybe you can reuse the business logic but the UI code will need to be changed.

Programs like Phonegap etc allow web applications to run as an app.
However, if you need a traditional exe, then the only approach you have is to rewrite all or at least the UI related code.

and u can change .html to .exe
