Me and some of my friends are going to build a web service which helps cilents(Architects) and customers to interact with each other. We are asked to use JAX-RS (Jersey) to create the web service , Hibernate or MyBatis with MySQL to create the database and NodeJS or AngularJS to create the front end of the website. But I have no clear idea to how to use each one of these technologies to particular task. So can anyone please tell me briefly how to do them using these ? Like , what should Hibernate do in this project , what is the use of JAX-RS for this task etc ?

I need to know how what should I do with Jersey , jax:rs etc .

Thanks ..

Wow: you want to use these architectures and you don't know what they do? That sounds odd. Can you clarify your situation?
PS: I am only familiar with Angular so I may not be able to answer your actual query

We're 2nd year undergraduates and we are doing a software project. In this project we had ideas to do those things. But the technologies were given to us. We are asked to do this using this , and that using that etc.

ah - awesome. Can you ask your tutor for a tutor session to explain these concepts to you? (maybe not today, but I used to have a beer or a lunch with my lecturers. You can get some general info on what these techs do, but also what is expected for the project. That was how I got my first ^_^)

Ok Thanks :)

I tried to find the link between these technologies. But I couldn't find.
Thanks.

You may not find links. I.E. Some of the techs you mention are server side, some are client side. The link between will always be the browser, which is so standard it is ignored in all explanation. Get buddy with your faverate lecturer, then when you get to your dissertation next year, ask for that lecturer to be your mentor. It'll make the project soo much easier if your buds and feel you can talk to them anytime (because if they are your mentor, you can!)
When you get your answer, post your own solution. It will help others who find your question, or you will get clarification if you miss anything ^_^
