How to merge wave files and text to speech converted file? Can anyone please help me

Example : wave file1 + text to speech converted file + wave file2
I need all these files to be merged into a single file and get played

If that doesn't do, Google "c# append .wav files". There are many suggestions there.

Yes I Googled, I got to know to concatenate multiple wave files . I also tried concatenating the wave files in the following order but am facing few problems :

1. WAVE FILE 1 + (TEXT TO SPEECH) WAVE FILE + WAVE FILE 2
When I play a concatenated file, First WAVE FILE 1 get played which is clear followed by (TEXT TO SPEECH) WAVE FILE which is NOT CLEAR VERY FAST TOO and followed by WAVE FILE2 which is clear

2. (TEXT TO SPEECH) WAVE FILE + WAVE FILE 1
First (TEXT TO SPEECH) WAVE FILE get played which is NOT CLEAR VERY FAST TOO followed by WAVE FILE 1 which is clear

3. WAVE FILE 1 + (TEXT TO SPEECH) WAVE FILE
When I play neither WAVE FILE 1 nor (TEXT TO SPEECH) WAVE FILE get played , instead it makes some WEIRD SOUND

It appears that your text-to-speech conversion is the culprit. Have you tried a different TTS engine? When I was working on the Improved Precision Approach Radar Trainer (IPART)<\a> project, I found that TTS engines varied gratly in performance.

can you suggest few TTS engines .. ?
I am able Merge TTS wave file with another wave file but when I play TTS file will not be clear , I can’t figure out the words

It has been a long time since I was involved in TTS. Have you Googled "free text to speech software"?

yes I googled nothing works. How can we change the bit rates of merged wave files..?

Your problem is with the TTS WAV file generation. I would guess that there is no timing information in the file. That would mean that the file is played as fast as it can. Look into how to cause the WAV file to contain information as to how fast to play it.
