the requirement is like any employee can create web forms on my web portal and can generate approval cycle dynamically and coding should b written dynamic like web forms (aspx file) and code behind file (C#).

if any user drag a textbox to the form the c# code will b written automatically and corresponding aspx file.


is it possible.?

anything is possible, it depends on how much time and effort you are willing to invest.

No, it won't help you to create a form generator — nothing can help. It's just to clear up you own brain and help you to start using it. And then, ultimately, it may have you create a form generator, but I hope but that time you will find out something more useful to do.
