Runtime error- no insertion allowed in this table

We have two different databases on sql server 2005, with same database structure and using the software developed in VB6. There is a table name 'acctran' in both databases. When insert command is given from program, it shows Runtime error- no insertion allowed in this table

When I create duplicate table and give different name to original table and 'acctran' name to duplicated table with all data copied into it, it works for 1 day, next day same thing occurs again.

Also all table permissions are given,.

PLEASE HELP!
