now a days lots client wants to a web application which behave like desktop application. how Can i make this kind of application. what is name of this kind of application.

please tell me about this application.

Solution 1

It's called a "Desktop application".

Due to a whole load of factors web applications are normally pretty different. Just for an example, a web app which resides on a server has no access to the clients local hard drive, which makes things very different in a lot of cases.

I think you're looking for "silverlight application", and even more specifically, an "out-of-browser" silverlight application.
