Solution 1

Well I need cheese burger with French Fries! :)

I did this [^]and got this as first result:
An offset algorithm for polyline curves[^]

Now:
1. TRY first what you want to do!
2. Formulate what was done by you that looks like an issue/not working.

Google is your friend, also there is a whole archive of stuff on a website called Code Project.

Your vague requirement is not enough to generate help.
