Solution 1

It depends on what do you mean by "mplayer". The Microsoft solution is explained in MSDN: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/dd562851%28v=vs.85%29.aspx[^].

fullscreen solved.
just need to resize and anchor panel that i display mplayer on it.
