Good Morning (Philippine Time)

We have created a title for our subject namely Lan-Based Geographical Information and Disaster Risk Management System using Decision Support.

Basically the title stated above was originally given by my group in our IT prof. but then after the meeting and exchanging of ideas with our prof then the system has been change with other ideas.

1.The Title has been change from to Online.
2. GIS has been stayed
3. RFID has been added
4. and last, the sms notification.
5.DRMS has been stayed

The ideas has been added by our prof turns our title into a hell :D but then i think he will not give those ideas if he didn't know this.

Now, I just wanna ask the following

1.How can i find a software that can view a map of the Philippines then i can give name on the different areas on that map.
2. Can i connect those software in webpage? then if yes then does it need more internet connection?
3.Any software or device that can send 1 text to many cp numbers (Philippine Text)
4.RFID device

Sorry for my bad English TY hope for more ideas

For the map and display look for help in Bing Maps or Google Maps. You can use KML, Javascript and/or .NET to add labels etc. to these maps. For a more complete solution, look at ESRI web services and tools.
