Hi, i like to improve the question, first i try to explain why it is needed, it is because the requirement is to maintain record of the people who are using the system everyday and it is not easy to maintain frequent windows user acoount for all (and offcourse they not have administrator rights on syatem.. )
One solution is to build custom Windows Credential Provider before logon (windows 7 sdk msdn). The other is what i m trying here. Actually i want suggestion regarding this... (whether what i trying is right way or only the ows Credential Provider is the possible way )

Hi, i have an application and want to show the login form of the application at windows 7 startup, the purpose is that the user can't do any things (like notepad, paint etc ) until he login to this application.
I can place exe at windows startup , but any suggestion that how can i validate user... and maintain its record ... before he can use syatem utilities
