how to get first month and last month of financail year 2014-2015

i want april as start month and march as last month

what i want is when i pass current date eg 25/7/2014 in function it should return me 1st april 2014 as my start date of financial year and 31st march 2015 as end date..

You do not really have to get it, do you? It is going to be month #4 and #3 during a financial year. It is a constant based on requirement you have mentioned.
