Hi,

Actually I am doing work on epilepsy project. Kindly tell me that how can I detect seizure by using mobile phone. Is there any kind of sensors? And how can I record seizure by the movement of mobile phones?

Since a seizure is, by definition, a sudden surge of electrical activity in the brain, what sort of a phone do you suppose has sensors for that? You *could* track the phone for how long it is stationary via the GPS functionality. You could probably also check the sensor for if the phone vertical or horizontal indicating that the person has fallen. I would suggest you re-evaluate the feasibility of your project.

My question is that how can I know that someone is suffering from seizure(Epilepsy) by using mobile phone with epilepsy application on it,. I am developing an app for epilepsy patient,. and my first step is to know that when someone is having seizure then how can I know about that,..my task is to check the seizure according to movement of mobile phone(by the fixed frequency or range of the falling patient),..

No actually your question is "Design my project for me". As I have already told you, there is no phone out there in the marketplace that I am aware of that monitors electrical activity in the brain. What type of sensor is it that you think you are going to use? The best thing I can tell you based on the information that you have given us, is to go read my earlier comment.

sir, please try to break your project into numerous questions as you ask a lot of questions in a single question, putting together all your question, nobody will answer and this is a place where we help other developers who are stuck and not build projects for them.

I don't think you can. You can detect movement on the phones but how would your app differentiate between a seizure and someone dropping the phone?

It's a great idea I'm just not sure you can implement it yet.

It is a great idea. For epilepsy detection and maybe also for diabetics ;)
In the sense of detection and maybe also something like a watchdog.

We do not do your homework: it is set for a reason. It is there so that you think about what you have been told, and try to understand it. It is also there so that your tutor can identify areas where you are weak, and focus more attention on remedial action.

Try it yourself, you may find it is not as difficult as you think!
