Registering the missing dll

When I am trying to register my missing dll, I am getting error like
"The module emealink.dll was loaded but the entry point DllRegisterServer was not found.Make sure that "emealink.dll" is a valid DLL or OCX fileand then try again."
Please help me in solving this.

Are there folder restrictions in place where the file is located. Maybe there is access permissions conflicts.

I am as an administrator trying DaveAuld.I have registered some of the dlls.But failing to do with this.My application is going down.:(

Have you had a look in the system event logs to see if there are any other clues as to why the dll might not be loading?
