What makes you think that we would know? You need to ask the admins.

First of all, this is not the correct place to ask such questions. You should better post this here : http://www.codeproject.com/Forums/1641/Article-Writing.aspx as you did.
Further, it was marked deleted because it was considered promoting something (Like it requires some paid accounts) which was spotted by some of the members and hence your post was closed. Articles are not closed by CP staff. When you post Articles/Tip Trick,it comes to moderation queue. Once its approved then only it gets published. And even after it gets published,if many members found it against the CP Guidelines, it will be closed.

You can ask or mail to him/her ( Article editor). why it is deleted after approved.
