Well, you question is very vague. What do you mean? I hope you are not looking to start coding on new web browser from scratch. If that is what you have in mind, you may be better off looking at the open source browesers out there.

If you want to implement web browser functionality, then you can start at WebBrowser Class[^]

-i want todevelop new web browser that is localized in Amharic or tigirigna language for the interface/menus.
-the browser must be downloaded files by default(must have down loader)
-it must have dial time
-it must have new tabs
