How can i get the value from any other application which is not connected with my database, like if i have a link in my application i just click on it then it redirected to another application, then if i register in that application, then how our database know about that we complete the registration on that Application, how update my database.

No, Means if i redirect any other application from my application, and make complete registration on that application, then how i track we are done registration on that application.

Does this application provides an API for you to connect to?
If so, they usually have documented this kind of thing.

There are several ways based on the circumstances.
on option could be just providing a service and ask the second application to call it as soon as the user is done in that process.

another on is calling another API or service from them to see if the user is done there.

for sure there are many ways, but all of them need at least one API from one of the applications and needs second application corporation.
