how to upload .rdlc file in server, i am using this for my report, in local system its work fine, but its not working in web server why?

We're going to need more information than just "it doesn't work." More specifically error details as Paulo outlined. I'm going to shoot in the dark here and say that maybe you need to modify the 'output directory' in VS.
