I have put a cookie value in textbox
and I need the webbrowser control read that cookie and use it
so how to do that in vb.net ?

You don't put cookies in textboxes: browsers store them locally on the client as they wish to.

They are not stored as part if the webpage - they are stored as part of the browser domain related information.

I'm not sure exactly why you want to do here, but I'm pretty sure that you need to think again and perhaps check up on how these things are normally done.
