Start Service in Installshield

Hi I am using Installmate to create my setup apps. Any things is OK and my services and drivers Installed, Started, Paused, Stopped and Deleted perfectly.
Now I want to migrate into InstallShield. I make my setup project in InstallShield as Like as Installmate. but my Service did not Start and after 30s I got an error and exit from setup.

What is my problem. Please Help

my service properties is :
Type: Own Process
Error Control: Normal
Start Type: Automatic
Start Account: Local System

Installshield is big piece of junk! If you have the opportunity to use anything else then consider changing!!!

Why do you think Installshield is not good? my apps been written in c++ and I need Installscript and or like that. so What is your suggestion?
