How to Add an Menu item into IE 11(win8)

Dear All,
I have added the custom Menu item into the window that I wanted at Win7.
But it occurs some problem in Win8 which I mean IE 11.
in Win7 IE, I can add the menu exactly I want.

When I press the right-click on the top of IE, I can see more item than the defalut:

Move,Size,Minimun,Maximun,Close

I can add another into it.

And through global hook I can get control over it!

But I can't add an item into the IE 11

which I press just apear :
Menu bar
Favorites bar
Command bar
Status bar
---------
Lock the toolbars
Show tabs on a separate row


How can I do though programming.

In Win8 the menus went from a windowed control to a panel.

Below is an example class that you may be able to find the VisualStudioDemo.h and ClassViewBar.h files for inclusion. They use this themselves sort of. So research the classes to see where it leads you, and if it solves your issues.
