hi...am developing a windows application..i want to retrieve user id of the agent who is logged in..how can i retrieve it..pls help...i tried session keyword..but it is not worked..pls do a reply asap...

Solution 2

Environment.UserDomainName + "\" + Environment.UserName
or
my.User.Name

Will give you domain\username for the logged user.

you can solve it with session and cookie both.
