not clear, what you want try...

you can go to your code behind page just pressing f7 on your visual studio.
and what problem you are facing..

while selecting webform only, their is option of checkbox to place code in separate file or not, Please check that

you can not open, your code behind page on web browser, its server side script, executed when your aspx page got render.
