Not Able to Get SPOD

Hello All,

I want to retrieve the Signature Proof Of Delivery Letter from FedEx Services.
I had download the sampple code of c#.
But i am not able to get the SPOD through we service.
If i will enter same Track Number into FedEx website, then i am able to get the SPOD.
But from Web Service its giving me the notification that not able to find Track Number.

Can any one please tell me what will be the issue?

the same code given by fedex Developer website. Just change the credentials.

You'll need to contaxt fedex or look in their forums. You'll likely get an answer much faster. Also, make sure you are pointing to a production server and not a sandbox server.
