We do not do your homework: it is set for a reason. It is there so that you think about what you have been told, and try to understand it. It is also there so that your tutor can identify areas where you are weak, and focus more attention on remedial action.

Try it yourself, you may find it is not as difficult as you think!

If you are studying, then try to take help from the teacher or mentor, who assigned you the project.
Try to learn the basic concept of Stock Marketing from internet with help of Google.

After getting information, try to gather them and think of a system which can manage all this. Before start of development, draw a rough DFD (Data Flow Diagram). After you decide how the data will flow, then design the Database tables and other required components which will help to insert and update the data.
