this is my 1° time in this foro. i need a example of code to open a dwg files using visual c# 2008. thank you

Is this an AutoCad File? What do you mean by read? A plain old BinaryReader can read it, of course it cannot do anything with it, but it can read it.
Please edit your question to describe what you need to do with this file.

If you go to the Articles menu at the top of the page and select Search from that menu then search for 'autocad' and set the filter to c# you will find several articles.
