Setup and deployment related issue

Hi
I have created setup with the Visual Studio 2008. While creating setup I set Permanant property true and then install application on machine. But now I have reset the property to false and created new setup MSI. But now this is not deleting the files after uninstall.

Please provide me a solution for this.
