how to create menu with titlebar of Form which is a custom titlebar (not normal Titlebar) in VB6

Hi,
I'm doing my project with VB6, I want to create a custom titlebar which can create the menus with this titlebar (the same titlebar of normal Form), help me a demo about this problem, thanks.

Titlebars aren't used to create menus. Are you sure you have your terminology correct?
